I have seen a few of these little boxes dotting around Pinterest and sites and I just love it, it is my new favourite little box.
I made the projects this week with the in-colours that are sadly leaving the catalogue next month thought I would squeeze in a few projects before we say goodbye and welcome the new colours (wow new ones are lovely too folks).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELF CLOSING TRIANGLE BOX
CUT A PIECE OF CARD 8 ½ X 6 INCHES
SCORE WITH SHORT SIDE AT THE TOP AT 1 INCH & 5
INCH
SCORE WITH LONG SIDE AT THE TOP AT 4 INCH & 8
INCH – WITHOUT TAKING CARD OUT TRIMMER SCORE AGAIN AT 2 INCH & 6 INCH BUT
ONLY DOWN TO SCORE LINE TO MAKE THE BOTTOM TABS
SCORE WITH A RULER FROM THE 2 AND 4 INCH MARKS TO
THE BOTTOM CORNERS AS IN EXAMPLE TEMPLATE SUPPLIED.
CUT THE TABS IN 3 PLACES TO MAKE 4 TABS AND CUT
OFF THE 2 SMALL SLIM TABS AT TOP AND BOTTOM OF SLIM LONG TAB
CUT A PIECE OF PATTURNED PAPER/CARD TO 9 cm SQUARE
AND MARK ONE SIDE AT 4.5 cm THEN TRIM TO MAKE A TRIANGLE
