Tuesday Class

Another lovely class with my ladies a lot of banter and chat today the class just flew past us, I made homemade scones and we had them with naughty whipped cream and jam and strawberries yummy.

I made this clever little box card on the Gift Bag Punch Board once you get the hang of where to punch and score it puts together quickly and looked cute with the cheeky birds, butterflies, snail and watering can (I am loving this hostess stamp set).  I prepped the class with the flower punch as silver sparkle added on flaps did not realise it has now sadly retired.  Coloured in with the markers and the DSP is from previous catalogue as prepped before my new order had been done so had to use what had in stock.  My ladies loved it and I measured it so that it fits in a standard C6 envelope when folded flat.

This card again was used with last catalogue's 3 way punch as my order had not gone in when prepped class the new version of this 3 way corner punch is available and just as lovely as this one.  The vivid vases stamp set is great realy summery and available with the punch as a bundle to save some pennies if ordering it together.  I have copied this card off Pinterest and just changed some of the colours used I love the way the white ink looks with the petals inked in yellow very summery.

It's them cheeky birds again in their cute welly boots running away from the water coming down the strawberry plant.  I made the water with one of the flower petal stamps from the vivid vases set was wondering how I could create the water then just spotted it and thought wow that's it lol !  Coloured with markers and added some Wink of Stella to the water to make it glisten.  A simple card albeit a lot of fiddly cutting out as we made the strawberries 3D by stamping twice and fussy cutting them out.
